Online Pre-Registration

Electronic version of the Kids Zone form Kid Zone Form

How to pre-register using eAYSO ( tutorial at the bottom of the page )

eAYSO is the electronic access point for the AYSO national organization. It offers a convenient online service that enables you to pre-register AYSO players and volunteers using any computer with a printer and Internet access.

Please note that merely submitting information online DOES NOT register your child(ren) - you MUST bring all printed materials to our registration site IN PERSON to do that, pay the registration fees and provide proof of age if required. Print and bring three copies of each player registration form, and two of the volunteer registration form.

Note also that eAYSO procedures have changed. Although the process is now largely self-explanatory, the following tips may be helpful.

If you are a first-time eAYSO user:

  1. Go to http://www.eayso.org. You'll see a "Welcome" screen - click on the "First time" button.
  2. You'll be presented with some informational screens. After reading, scroll down and click on the "next" button at the bottom of each page.
  3. You'll reach a page letting you choose whether to register as a parent, volunteer, or youth volunteer. Click on the button saying "AYSO parents."
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and provide the information requested. You'll reach a screen asking if you want to create a password. Although a password is optional, you will need one to modify your information in the future. We recommend that you create a password. Your username will be your e-mail address.
  5. Continue to follow the online instructions. You'll reach a screen entitled "Region Selection." We are Region 624. Enter 624 in the box, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "next."
  6. Continue following the instructions. You'll reach a parent/guardian information screen asking for your name, address, etc. Although information for a second parent is optional, we urge you to provide it since this gives us more ways to contact your family if need be. When done, scroll down and click the "next" button.
  7. You'll reach a screen entitled "Volunteer Jobs." Region 624 is an all-volunteer organization that depends on the efforts of people like you. We have volunteer jobs to suit any schedule Please select a volunteer job.
  8. You'll reach a screen asking for the first player's information. Players must be entered one at a time. You can request that siblings be placed on the same team if they are the same sex and in the same age division. When done, scroll down and click on the "submit" button.
  9. You'll reach a screen enabling you to enter another player. Once all players have been entered, you must print the registration forms one at a time on your computer printer. Print all player forms AND the volunteer form for yourself. If you do not have access to a printer, click on the "come back later" button - you can always log back in when you have access to a printer.
  10. Bring the forms and other required materials to our registration site to complete the registration process. Please note that merely submitting information online does NOT register your child(ren) - you must bring all materials to one of our registration events IN PERSON to do that.

If you are a previous eAYSO user:

  1. Go to http://www.eayso.org and click on "log in." Note that your e-mail address is now your username. If you have forgotten your password or the e-mail address you used last time, click on "forgot password?" or "forgot e-mail?" for further instructions. If all else fails you can enter all information from scratch - go back to the "welcome" screen and click on "first time," then follow the instructions for "first-time eAYSO user" above.
  2. Once you have successfully logged in, you'll reach another "welcome" screen with your name. Click on "Player Form."
  3. You'll reach a screen entitled "Region Selection." We are Region 624. Enter 624 in the box, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "next."
  4. Continue following the online instructions. You'll reach a parent/guardian information screen showing the name, address, etc., you previously submitted. Update as needed, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "next."
  5. You'll reach a screen entitled "Volunteer Jobs." Having had previous experience with AYSO, you know how important volunteers are to keep our program running Please select a volunteer job.
  6. You'll reach screen-listing players you previously registered with AYSO. Click on each player you wish to register now and follow the onscreen instructions. Update the player's information as needed. Continue for all players you wish to re-register.
  7. To enter a new player, click on the "add another player" button. Follow the onscreen instructions and enter the player's information. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "submit" when done.
  8. When all players have been entered, click on the "print forms" button. Follow the instructions and print forms one at a time, including all player forms AND the volunteer form for yourself. If you do not have access to a printer, click on the "come back later" button - you can always log back in when you have access to a printer.
  9. Bring the forms and other required materials to one of our registration events to complete the registration process

Notes:

  • Review each printed form to ensure that it is complete and accurate. If necessary, go back into eAYSO to revise player or volunteer information.
  • Your social security number and driver's license number will print as Xs on the volunteer form - this is normal and is done for your security.
  • The player form includes a blank box for your child's social security number - this number is NOT required.
